The exact price depends on whether you took a chemical test when you were arrested. This fee covers everything except a trial, but keep in mind that only 1-2% of cases ever go to trial.

Pre-trial services include:
- Entry of Appearance
- Court appearances (virtual and in-person)
- Review police reports, any existing case notes, and other discovery
- Client discovery review
- Pre-trial conference
- Plea negotiations
- Set for sentencing or trial
Pre-trial services DO NOT include:
- Representation at your Express Consent (EC) Hearing.
- Representation after the case is set for trial.
- $1,000 Fee for each in-person visit to a client while they are in jail. (extremely rare)
