DUI & DWAI in Colorado
What is a DUI, and how is it different from a DWAI? The answer to that question is a little more complicated than you might think. Lucky for you, we’re among the most experienced DUI law firms in Colorado, so we’ve got you covered.
DUI PRICING
The cost of a DUI depends on several factors; is it a misdemeanor or felony, where did you get it, and did you choose breath, blood, or refuse? Some cases can be completed for as little as $3k. There is an additional trial fee, but only 1 – 2% of cases go to trial.
EXPRESS CONSENT HEARINGS
When a driver is arrested for a DUI and refuses to take a chemical test, or fails the test, their driver’s license will be automatically suspended. We may be able to help you get it back faster by requesting and representing you at your express consent hearing.
