FLAT FEE DUI PRICING FOR EL PASO & TELLER COUNTIES

First DUI (Misdemeanor)
Facing a DUI in El Paso or Teller County? You’re in luck! This is one of the best places in Colorado to deal with a DUI charge. Prosecutors here are overworked and often prefer to offer generous plea deals rather than go to trial against an experienced defense attorney.
At Pav Law, we handle a high number of DUI cases and have strong relationships with the prosecutors. Because of this, we can offer lower fees than any other reputable firm.
How much is a DUI lawyer?
Now, you’re probably wondering—how much does a DUI cost? Our pre-trial fee, which covers everything except a trial, depends on several factors, including whether you took a chemical test when you were arrested. If your case does goes to trial, there will be an additional fee for that, but keep in mind that only 1-2% of cases are actually tried in court. More often than not we can reach an favorable plea deal, or in some cases, get the charges dismissed.
What’s included in pre-trial services? (And what’s not.)
Pre-trial services include:
- Entry of Appearance
- Court appearances (virtual and in-person)
- Review police reports, any existing case notes, and other discovery
- Client discovery review
- Pre-trial conference
- Plea negotiations
- Set for sentencing or trial
Pre-trial services DO NOT include:
- Representation at your Express Consent (EC) Hearing.
- Representation after the case is set for trial.
- $1,000 Fee for each in-person visit to a client while they are in jail. (extremely rare)
Terms and conditions:
Our prices may change and are based on a typical first-time DUI case in these counties. If your case requires extra work beyond the usual scope, we will discuss any adjustments in detail before you sign a fee agreement. However, these situations are rare.
